About AIM

Built from the product side.

AIM was created from years of firsthand experience understanding complex products themselves and everything required to get them from the manufacturer to the customer successfully.

PRODUCT → CUSTOMER

The product matters.
The handoff does too.

Where AIM comes from

Understanding the product is only the beginning.

AIM was founded from years of firsthand experience developing, launching, and supporting complex products from the manufacturer’s side.

That experience went well beyond understanding the product itself. It included everything required to get a product from the manufacturer to the end customer: packaging, freight, site readiness, delivery, installation, training, documentation, troubleshooting, service, and ongoing support.

Over time, one thing became clear.

A great product can still create a poor customer experience if the final handoff isn’t handled with the same care as the product itself.

The reason for AIM

A product-minded approach to the last 50 feet.

AIM was created to close the gap between a great product leaving the manufacturer and a great experience reaching the customer.

Advanced Installation Methodology learns the product first, then builds the documentation, training, logistics coordination, installer network, quality controls, and support structure required to deliver a consistent experience at scale.

Because getting the product there is only half the job.
Getting it there right matters.

Founder, Advanced Installation Methodology

Michael brings more than a decade of experience working on the product side of complex medical equipment, with responsibilities spanning product development, commercialization, logistics, installation, training, service, and customer support.

His experience across the full product lifecycle exposed a recurring challenge: manufacturers can be exceptional at designing and building their products while still lacking a scalable, consistent system for what happens after those products leave the warehouse.

AIM was built to close that gap by bringing product thinking to installation operations.

Take aim at every installation.
